Ms. Pranita Bathe holds an M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry and a B.Ed. from P.E.S. Modern College of Education, Pune. With over five years of teaching experience at undergraduate and higher secondary levels, she has served as Assistant Professor and Head of the Science Department at reputed institutions including P. Jog College of Science & Commerce and Asian College of Science, Commerce & Arts, Pune.
Her expertise spans Organic, Inorganic, Physical, and Analytical Chemistry, and she actively contributes to research, curriculum design, and student development initiatives.
Dr. Nitesh Ramrao Rathod

Dr. Nitesh Rathod brings over four years of teaching experience from institutions such as Ness Wadia College of Commerce, S.P. College, SNBP Law College, and A.T. College, Bhor.
He has also worked as Faculty of Share Market at Grow Fast Academy and served as NSS Program Officer at NWCC, Pune.
His research focuses on agricultural modernization and rural development, with six research papers published in national and international journals and multiple conference presentations to his credit.
